DepEd Davao City Online
The Department of Education Davao City Division got its own website and it is now online. The address is http://www.deped-davaocity.ph.
The DepEd R-XI/Davao City Website with Division Superintendent Gloria P. Labor’s photo on the head banner.
Because of this, all teacher’s Form 212 or Personal Data Sheet should be encoded and saved in the DepEd R-XI database. With this, significant informations of each teachers within Davao City Division can be easily retrieve through searching the database. Informations such as personal data, service record, SSS, GSIS, Philhealth, family background, in-service trainings, educational attainment and many more are included. Affiliate government or private offices like GSIS and Philhealth will also be needing those informations.

Well well well……I believe that those who got access to informations got the power. Haha! It just so happens that I was deputized by a DepEd Supervisor as encoder and I am responsible for filling up the forms in the online database. Also, I have access to everyone’s data and be able to edit them if the need arise (talk about change anything to anyone’s file at my will). He he he, I won’t do that because that’s pure evil just kidding.
DepEd’s ugly building is beside the world class Greenbelt Park (unofficial name), Interface building and the Apo View Hotel. It just don’t fit in and I suggest that this eyesore must be destroyed and replaced with a modern, slick and upgraded building ASAP.

According to some inside sources the new division of davao city building will be constructed beside or at the back of palma gil elementary school, this was the lifelong dream of our dear retired superintendent gloria labor.
I dont know if the City Government will provide the support, since this is not their “priority” I guess. Naunahan nata sa Tagum Division, nindot kaayo ilang office even though gamay sila, tapos ang davao city division pasaway kaayo. my goodness. heheheh

Please exercise great and extreme caution when handling usernames and passwords when encoding data in the pds, no matter how secure your records may be, leaving keys outside the door gives opportunity for unauthorized access.(dont disclose passwords to anybody, let me quote red rola of beam “secondly, no matter how secure we make the system there is still human intervention and therefore it is still up to us how we take care of the information. let me quote what mike have posted “There has been a news article online recently about IRS (Internal Revenue Service – US BIR) employees being tested for security. A human being is one point of failure in security; technology can only do so much, and a simple mistake by a person can also unravel everything.”

Sorry, but I don’t have access to those informations…… try contacting our Davao DepEd website’s webmasters. They should know better.

before anything else i would like to apologize for those people naaaa letz say matatamaan ko dito sa message na ito. unang una naparami ng LEKRAMO ng mga magulang ng paaralang mintal elemenatry school. hindi paman natatapos ang SY2011, 2012, ay marami ng “sabi-sabi” tungkol sa hindi magandang pamamalakad ng PTA OFFICERS. ngunit nahahayaan lamang iyon sapagkat walang sapat na evidence na maipapakita ang mga kawawang mga magulang sa school na iyon.natapos ang taon at pinakita di umano nila ang kanilang mga nagawa sa loob ng isang taon, Ngunit ang ipinagtataka ng lahat ay naparaming “kwestyonableng” liquidation silang ipinapakita at hindi kayang sagutin ng PTA TReasurer (venus javier) ang mga tanong ng mga magulang. para bagang wala siyang nalalaman sa kanyang report, imbes na siya ang sumagot sa lahat ng katanungan ng mga tao..ang president(maximo nievera) naman ang sumasagot. isang bagay pa si Lilia O. Tapiz(school principal) ay wala ginagawa tungkol dito, bagkus ay kinakampihan pa niya ang mga nasasabing tao. ang ikina iinis ng lahat mag papataas na naman sila ng singil sa mga magulang sa taong ito, mula sa 260 noong taon magiging 320 na ngayong taon. tama ba yon??? maawa naman po kayo sa amin, nakiki usap kaming paki imbestigahan naman po sila. hindi nga nila masagot sagot ang pera namin noong taon, pano pa ngayon?? hustisya lang naman samin eh.(note: mintal elementary school has thousand plus paying parent, just imagine how big the money is>?) thank you! we are hoping for your positive action. gob bless.

I am writing this post at about 9:30 pm…Nov. 25, 2015….I wanna inform the Head of the Department of Education about the Teachers in MATINA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL…..who are asking the kids to to pay and make and spent something for PROJECTS……each teacher are asking for projects but not for the benefit of the kids but for the teachers…..they are asking for money to buy this and that…..and now since christmas is coming..they are asking the students to pay so that they can buy Christmas Tree…..IS THAT REALLY NEEDED?…..im not complaining for my kid but for the kids of other parents who cant afford……teachers are always asking for money even not really important….i dont know why these teachers have the face and guts or dont have the guilt to keep asking money….i have kids in this school…i want to complaint but i dont want my kids will suffer bcoz im complaining…my kids are good students….bright and always an honor students …so if i showed up to the PRINCIPALS office and face them….my kids will be affected bcoz i know they will be put in an awkward position…im not afraid of telling those teachers how KAPAL they are…..this is a PUBLIC SCHOOL….they can ask little help….. but now they ARE ABUSING the kids and the parents……..i hope the Head of DEPED will read this and take action……..as soon as possible……they asked the kids to make a tarpaulin for their lessons…..asked money again to pay for someone to captivate the SNAKE ..which is i dont think its the kids responsibility..all they can do is call 911…or ask from the Barangay Hall for assistance but instead ask the kids to pay..just imagine 60 pesos each kids…..just 1 section itself 55 to 60 students..to multiply it…what else they ask from the kids……every teacher asked for projects…and not cheap ones…..like plastic containers…globe….xmas tree…lanterns….christmas lights…..haynaku……they are not the teachers who promise to teach the kids good moral characters..bcoz even the kids can say something to their teachers…..just scared to say something bcoz the teachers will be ..called it INITAN sila……..pls Sir Atillo…im asking you to act on this immediately…….bcoz they are really ABUSING OUR KIDS and US as parents…….what more with those kids that go to school without fare ..even food on their own…..or their house…and then teachers are so abusive to ask these projects which they are not cheap…….pls sir im asking you not only for me but also to all parents in these school…..who has kids studying here…..Sir Curay is a good principal..but the teachers under him is NOT…….SHAME on them…….they called teachers but they r NOT good example to these kids………i hope i can hear something about this Sir Atillo before they can ask for more………

This is another subject concerned parents about…after the message that been posted in here…..i dont know the Department of Education read these concerned attitude of the teachers of Matina Central Elementary School……After it has been posted here..maybe the principal was told about these and the teachers was told also about the parents complaint about asking the kids anything or pay something without meetings been held……but this time after the teachers was told about the complaint…what the teachers did who are the one who really made those students pay and suffer more expenses upon the requests in every subject teachers……the teacher was so upset to the students and what she did is…she scolded all the students and told them…….IF U DONT WANT TO SPEND… DONT GO TO SCHOOL!!!!!!…..the parents was soooo shocked to hear their kids to tell them about what the teacher just said to them…just to think its a public school that supposedly free..thou we consider that sometimes we have to donate bcoz its really needed…….but they are abusing our kids……..
Another thing also…now the teacher told them they are not allowed to ring PANCIT, BREAD to their christmas party…should be something delicious…and each kid should bring one food….how come that teacher asks so much….she is not concerned if the kids cant afford even to go to school and have fare…or no food to bring at school for his/her own..or maybe they dont have food in their table…….just imagine each subject teacher asking for project…so how come one student pay all of it..if they cant they dont have grades….and everytime they ask for anything..they will scare the kids that having projects will be the basis of their grades………..kids should make their own grades by studying hard and not by stupid projects ……or something they can earn………instead of restraining themselves bcoz they are informed about the concerned or complaints of the parents…she scolded them…….
I hope the principal of Matina Central Elementary School will talk to his TEACHERS….bcoz this is a serious matter…..i remember with the former principal…Maam Ava……..teachers are so afraid of here especially about asking kids or parents about anything…..but now the teachers are just playing around of Sir Curay….bcoz his too nice to them…but behind sir curay they are doing something that will make parents say something about him…that he cannot tell his teachers to act as a teacher and not a greedy one without principles on their own….thou NOT ALL………but most of them…….
I hope this post will reach to the Higher Level of the Department of Education……….
