ECO4000 Condominium started the trend of condominium living in Davao last May 9, 2008. That day our Vice President Noli de Castro inaugurated the newly constructed buildings and did the ribbon cutting himself. The condo units were immediately turned over to their respective owners. On the same day, two ground breaking ceremonies were held for the upcoming two more new and bigger condo projects in Davao. The One Oasis Condominium (7 buildings with 5 stories each) located adjacent to ECO4000 and Magallanes Residents (3 buildings with 8 or 9 stories each) located at Magallanes Street.

Condominium living in Davao City is not quite popular yet and thats because at present, the city still got wide areas of available land, but Eco4000 Condominium Project might be the beginning of a new trend in residential development. Forumers from skyscrapercity.com said that the units are selling like hotcakes which means there is indeed a market for condominiums in Davao City.
The 3 buildings of Eco4000 Condominium are now in a round the clock construction so I am expecting it to be completed by next year. This is a very promising trend for Davao, just imagine a dense skyline of condo units…….. hmmmmmm that prospect is getting me excited already. I can’t wait for it to be realized. Anyway, Eco4000 is located at Ecoland Subdivision beside SM City Davao Mall.

Wow! This project is in high speed gear. Now I am seeing tower crane in the construction site. I thought this is just a 5-storey building. Well I am glad that they are getting serious in finishing this project.

I like the way how the construction of Eco4000 Condominium in Ecoland is doin. With this rate so fast, this project will be finished in due time. Good Job

The newest trend in Davao City is about to unleash. I am talking about living in condominiums. This project is almost done and soon Dabawenyos will start a new lifestyle. The photo below was taken March 30, 2008.

Wow, that’s good to have a condo in davao… Dapat lang naman talaga kasi daminamang mayayaman at turista na gusto sa condo nakatira…
Napadaan ako jan sa construction site kanina and nasa 4th floor na cla…. ganda talaga pag tapos na eto…. i’ll take new photos maybe tomorrow…..
