Eco4000: Trigering Condo Boom in Davao

18Nov09

This is Eco4000 which opened last year, the first ever low rise condominium in Davao City and in the entire Mindanao. Based on the picture above, I say people who are now living there are lucky because the building looks great and the location is very convenient.  I am just glad that even if this project is really not the grandest finished project ever in Davao but it pioneered the first wave of condominiums that are being constructed right now. DMCI did great on pushing through with this project, and now the company is almost halfway with its second project Magallanes Residence Condominium and is now planning on its third condo project the Palmetto Place in Ma-a.

the project that took the risk to find out if Davao is ready for residential condominiums..the rest is history..I salute DMCI for taking the risk..now alam na natin na ready na ang Davao for condos..

by the way, next na i expect natin is the entry of Alveo land sa Davao (Alveo is a residential arm of Ayala land that builds condos and sprawling type residential projects)

No info though if condo ang gagawin ng Alveo land dito but my guess is that it would be a condo sa abreeza complex

  2. For Info: Don’t be mislead… photo shown above is not at all Ecoland4000 Residences. Tnx

  3. Yah sorry…. but right now I edited the post as well as the article. thank you.

  4. Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking the time and actual effort to generate a superb article… but what
can I say… I hesitate a lot and don’t seem to get nearly anything done.

  5. It’s great that you are getting thoughts from this post as
well as from our discussion made at this time.
