Update: Abreeza Mall Teaser Pictures
Hey hey hey! You know what? Its 5 months to go and the newest mall in Davao will open. Abreeza Mall, a project of the Ayala Land Inc. and the Anflocor Group of Don Antonio Floirendo, Sr., is slowly taking its shape. Aside from the building’s modern design, the new mall will have a beautiful landscape with trees and greenery complimenting the mall’s urbane environ.
Here are some teaser pictures for you to ponder (courtesy of SSC forum).
This is going to be the mall's entrance
This is how its going to look like when finish.
This is the roof section under construction.
The roof top will become a cool open air mall strip.
An atrium or concert hall.
The food court.
The cinema hall and ticketing booth.
A lazy boy couch inside the mall.
This will become the home of high end shops in Mindanao.
Remember guys, mark your calendar for May 1, 2011 (tentative). The grand opening of Abreeza Mall.

Hey, why May? My vacation there is from April 8-29, 2011! Not fair, you guys! 🙂
I hope Davao city government will do their part to rehabilitate the road
net work around the city specially along bajada since it will become the epi-center
of new davao down town.I think we need to put a descent sidewalk and metal railing
so that people will be encourage to walk freely without endagering their lives on the street.
For many years,davao sidewalk wasn’t giving the attention by the local government.
Having putting no.85th fastest growing city in the world. I think, it’s about time to
to do the improvement work so that the city will become friendly to all specially to those
senior citizen wanted to walk from point-A to point – B for exercise without the fear of
hitting by a car.

wow..im excited when this is done.. hmm..planning to go back to davao and then dito na lang mag work.. I’ve heard my BPO building dito.. and our company is planning to expand dito sa dvo.. last quarter of 2011.. exciting!!! magpapalipat ako dito..

as per plan po lahat ng yan. those are perspective designs may mga revisions po during construction. it may appear dffrnt wen comes the opening. Abreeza has 4 cinemas and I think it only have minimal capacity…. gamay lang ang space like other cinemas here in davao… 2 elevators… only 60 or 70 percent of the merchant ang magopen ths may 12… ung iba july, september or december pa mag open. yeah may BPO po na icoconstruct…and may HOTEL pa po… hmmmmm I thnk mga 5 or 7 storey po ka taas. APMC
